Tucked in the heart of downtown Carrollton, Georgia, The Underground Bookshop (formerly known as Underground Books) is more than just a bookstore. It’s a haven of wonder, a sanctuary for stories, and a place where magic lingers in the air.
Founded in 2011 by Josh and later nurtured by him and Megan, the shop quickly grew into a beloved literary home for the community. In 2025, the story continued as ownership passed to Anna Anabseh Clark. With deep love for books and community, Anna carries the torch forward, honoring the past while guiding the shop into a new and exciting chapter.
